ACADEMY MEDICAL INC. ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH PURE MEDICAL

This partnership will make Pure Medical’s Pure Night garment available to Veterans through Academy Medical’s federal government contracts.

West Palm Beach, FL – May 16, 2022 – Academy Medical, Inc., announced this week that the company has signed a distribution agreement with Pure Medical.

“Academy Medical is eager to get started with our partnership with Pure Medical. As a leader in medical compression innovation, Pure Medical’s products bring a novel, patient centric approach to veterans suffering from lymphedema, chronic wounds, and other conditions. Together, we are ready to improve the quality of life of veterans in need” says John Campbell, Vice President, Government Affairs for Academy.

Pure Medical’s Pure Night garment brings control to the medical compression garment industry by producing a mechanically structured nightwear garment tailored to each patient’s gradient pressure needs. Unlike foam-filled garments, Pure Night’s 3D Knit technology distributes validated gradient pressure with breathable microfiber filling, resulting in a garment that’s easy to use, breathable, and comfortable for patients.

Pure Medical Co-founder, Tom Stocco, states – “Pure Medical, Inc. is very excited to partner with Academy Medical to be our exclusive supplier to Veteran Administration and DOD facilities. Pure Medical looks forward to this alliance bringing affordable, therapeutic compression products to our honored military service men and women.”
